Tanderen Company employees provide over 35-years of hands-on construction experience with a vast client base including property developers, governmental agencies, institutional & educational facilities, energy & utility municipalities, aviation facilities, and operators of retail sales, sports venues and themed entertainment in addition to other private sectors. Our established extensive relationships with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and specialty contractors further enhance seamless performance and project delivery.

In addition to our self-perform site development experience, our senior management team has over 30-years of owner’s representative and general contractor experience thereby facilitating our ability to holistically evaluate projects, provide constructability input, recommend solutions, engage in value engineering reviews, and perform to the highest standards. We provide integrated safety, quality control, cost control and scheduling capabilities and seek improvements utilizing innovative methods. We have experience with multiple project delivery methods including bid-build, best value, design-build and integrated project delivery. Our principal goal is to operate as project partners and promote collaborative, working in tandem environments.
